Job Title: Head Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Dispatcher to join our team at 24 HRS SSR AUTO TOWING INC.

Job Summary:

The Head Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repair and maintenance services and be able to train workers in duties and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
