Scene+ is seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware, and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identity Management: Administer and manage our Identity Provider (IdP), implementing and maintaining Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and setting up new integrations for applications.
  • Fraud Management: Manage and maintain fraud detection and prevention systems, monitor and analyze suspicious activities, and collaborate with the security team to enhance fraud prevention measures.
  • CRM Administration: Manage the CRM environment, including user management, security settings, and system configurations, while performing routine maintenance and optimizing workflows.
  • AWS Cloud Services: Manage and monitor AWS cloud infrastructure, deploying and managing AWS resources, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
  • General Systems Administration: Install, configure, and maintain virtual infrastructure and systems integrations, performing regular system audits, updates, backups, and patch management.
  • Policies and Procedures: Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures, creating and maintaining IT systems documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience: You have experience managing identity provider (IdP) solutions, fraud management tools, and CRM platforms, as well as familiarity with network and server management in both Linux and Windows environments.
  • Analytical Drive: You are curious, innovative, and possess excellent problem-solving skills with a growth mindset.
  • Customer Focus: You prioritize customer experience and can independently manage multiple assignments under tight timelines.
