Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on our clients' properties, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform minor repairs and replacements to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical appliances.
- Contact contractors for major repairs and maintenance work.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory of materials and equipment.
- Work with minimal supervision and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-6 months of experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work at heights, bend, crouch, and kneel.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
What We Offer
Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
