HRIS Analyst/Manager Role

At TalentSphere Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst/Manager to join our client's team in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, operation, and enhancement of the company's HRIS system and all interconnected applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement & Implementation: Lead and identify enhancements for Payroll, HR, and financial processes within the HRIS system; bridge Payroll and HR teams to address challenges and develop plans for HRIS improvements.

HRIS Oversight: Oversee the strategic design, delivery, and administration of the HRIS system, managing core modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Performance, Talent, and Integrations.

Project Management: Manage HR system-related projects and process improvements, including change management for new implementations, updates, or changes impacting stakeholders.

User & Security Management: Administer user permissions, access controls, and system configurations to ensure a secure, streamlined experience for HR service users.

Team Development & Vendor Management: Build and maintain a strong HRIS team through effective recruiting and training; manage HRIS-related vendor relationships and renewals.

Requirements:

5+ Human Resources experience with at least 4 years of direct Dayforce HRIS experience.

Experience with payroll administration in Dayforce would be an asset.

Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, analytical and complex problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong prioritizing, project management, planning and organization skills with the ability to serve multiple customers effectively.

Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
