About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team at Best Deal Auto Sales Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
