About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team at Autozone Motors. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and customer service
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership or business development
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
