Job Title: Computer Technician

We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our team at THE RHEUMATOLOGY OFFICE INC.

Job Summary:

The Computer Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our computer systems, networks, and internet infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and advice to users, and maintaining a problems and solutions log.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and internet infrastructure.
  • Provide training and advice to users on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Maintain a problems and solutions log to track and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide business systems, network, and internet support to users.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, including installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
  • Provide customer service and support to users.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 32 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Computer Technician will work in a hospital/health care establishment/health institution setting, providing technical support and maintenance to our computer systems, networks, and internet infrastructure.
