Job Title: Computer Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Specialist to join our team at Mu-Tech. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical inquiries and provide solutions to complex computer-related issues
  • Consult technical manuals and documentation to research and implement solutions

  • Configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
  • Perform backups and recoveries of critical data

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role
