Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at KR Roofing & Exteriors Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization and making strategic decisions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with strong organizational skills
