Executive Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization, Foundations For Life Association. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic direction and vision for the organization
    • Lead and manage a team of senior staff and middle managers
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Resource Allocation
    • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization
Requirements
  • Education
    • Doctorate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership position
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
