Executive Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization, Foundations For Life Association. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Staff Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, ensuring they have the necessary authority and support to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Earned doctorate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate for this position.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
