Executive Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization, Foundations For Life Association, in achieving our mission and goals.

About the Role

The Executive Director will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive the organization's success. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Windows.
  • Ability to relocate for this position.
