$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Driven Planner. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for developing multi-year plans by engaging with business unit customers early in the cycle to sequence work and ensure efficient resource utilization.

You will support in identifying and coordinating input from key partners into scope, cost, and schedule considerations, and develop alternatives and recommend solutions based on sponsor priorities. You will also perform pre-execution activities such as front-end engineering and site visits as needed to develop shovel-ready projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop multi-year plans by engaging with business unit customers early in the cycle
  • Support in identifying and coordinating input from key partners into scope, cost, and schedule considerations
  • Perform pre-execution activities such as front-end engineering and site visits
  • Develop alternatives and recommend solutions based on sponsor priorities
  • Gather, interpret, and analyze large data sets to provide real-time actionable insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university
  • Registered member or eligible to register with Engineer-In-Training with APEGA in Alberta
  • 2-4 years of engineering experience
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including communication and collaborative teamwork
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, organization, and planning skills
