Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage civil projects from start to finish.
  • Lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Engage with clients and municipal authorities to obtain necessary approvals and approvals for projects.
  • Present technical information to various audiences, from technical to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure all engineering work adheres to industry standards, company procedures, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with multiple divisions to bring a holistic approach to projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in civil engineering technology and practices.
  • Mentor and support the growth and development of new team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive culture within the team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
