Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Avjot Construction Co. Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Recruit and hire workers and manage staffing actions to meet project needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with project supervisors to coordinate work activities and ensure project success.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support project needs.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week work schedule.
