Job Title: Construction Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Medico Construction & Design Ltd. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Prepare reports

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
