Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Medico Construction & Design Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project coordinators, engineers, and contractors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
  • Budgeting: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Word.
Work Environment:

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
