Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Medico Construction & Design Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are accurately estimated and controlled.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and coordinate construction schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control procedures to ensure that construction projects meet the highest standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage construction teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. Excellent communication and project management skills.
