About the Role
The Corporate Engineering Program Management team at Robinhood is seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs across cross-functional teams focused on Finance Systems. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with various leaders to understand their goals and support the creation of strategic plans to achieve shared objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead system implementations and integrations, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage risk proactively, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies to ensure the success of programs.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Perform continuous improvement exercises to remove bottlenecks and simplify complex workflows, driving process efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Lean practices, with a strong understanding of process improvement techniques.
- Familiarity with various finance systems, including Oracle, Coupa, and Anaplan.
