About the Role
The Corporate Engineering Program Management team at Robinhood is seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs across cross-functional teams focused on Finance Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead system implementations and integrations, ensuring seamless collaboration with various business partners and stakeholders.
- Manage a portfolio of projects with varied scope and complexity, driving critical programs forward and delivering on shared objectives.
- Work closely with leaders to understand their goals and support the creation of strategic plans to achieve shared objectives.
- Perform continuous improvement exercises to remove bottlenecks and simplify complex workflows.
- Manage risk in a pro-escalation culture, ensuring the highest level of quality and integrity.
Requirements
- A self-starting approach to program management, with experience in Agile methodologies and ownership mentality.
- Familiarity with Lean practices and experience with various Finance Systems, including Oracle, Coupa, and Anaplan.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
