Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience as a technically-oriented game designer, with a focus on multiplayer games
- Shipped at least one game with a strong technical design component
- Expertise in visual scripting and game editors such as Frostbite, Unreal, and Unity
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of the importance of documentation and knowledge sharing
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide respectful feedback
- Broad knowledge of game development and industry trends
