Accommodation Support Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Accommodation Support Facilitator to join our team at Upper Canada Child Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational requirements of our programs are met, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in program delivery, ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in the supervision of children in various settings, including outdoor public spaces.
  • Perform general housekeeping and classroom duties, including meal and snack preparation, toileting, diapering, and dressing.
  • Use computer systems and programs to support program delivery.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age or older due to licensing requirements.
  • Up-to-date certification in CPR-C and Standard First Aid (training provided upon selection if required).
  • Basic understanding of special needs and knowledge of the developmental needs of children.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
