About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-term Care team at Interior Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assessments and develop care plans for patients/clients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications and provide wound care as needed.
  • Lead and support care staff in providing patient care.
  • Work closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Admit and discharge clients as required.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Current full practicing licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Current CPR certification.
