LPN Position Available with Staff on Call

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care/Assisted Living Facility. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
  • Provide personal and nursing care to residents, including administering medications and supervising care staff
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' unique needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited LPN program
  • Registration with the College of LPNs
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of dementia care and management
