Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at Forest Inn & Conference Centre. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment
  • Describe menu items and make recommendations to customers
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment where you will be standing for extended periods and handling weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs). You must be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent oral communication skills.
