Job Description

Forest Inn & Conference Centre is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Services Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience in our restaurant and bar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to our guests
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide support where required
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • Will to train and learn new skills
  • Client focus, reliability, and flexibility
