The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures to ensure that they are executed effectively.
Financial ManagementThe successful candidate will be responsible for balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure that the financial aspects of the business are accurately recorded and reported.
Performance Reviews and Cost ControlThe Restaurant Operations Manager will conduct performance reviews to assess the performance of team members and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, they will be responsible for cost control, ensuring that all expenses are minimized and that the business operates within budget.
Inventory Management and Health and SafetyThe successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring that all products are stocked and that the restaurant is well-stocked at all times. They will also be responsible for ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
Supplier Negotiations and Customer ServiceThe Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, as well as negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities. They will also be responsible for addressing customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Event Management and Daily OperationsThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing events, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations to ensure that they are executed effectively.

Requirements- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
