Dry Cleaning Supervisor Role at Woodman’s Fine Cleaning
We are seeking an experienced Dry Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Woodman’s Fine Cleaning. This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee the smooth operation of our dry cleaning and laundry services, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and Coordinate Team Members: Lead and manage a team of dry cleaning and laundry workers, providing guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Arrange for regular maintenance and repairs of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, implementing measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Customer Focus: Provide excellent written communication and client-focused services to our customers.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods.
