Job Summary

Woodman's Fine Cleaning is seeking a skilled Dry Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dry cleaning department. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of dry cleaning and laundry workers
  • Monitor quality and production levels to meet customer expectations
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments. They will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
