The role of Executive Sales Director at O' Connor's Meat Market presents a unique opportunity for an accomplished sales professional to take on a leadership position and drive the company's growth.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time, permanent position working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the organization in various capacities, including negotiations and official functions.
Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Negotiations: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
