Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented User Experience Designer/Strategist Intern/Co-op to join our team. As a valued contributor to the Design Practice at TD, you will be passionate about delivering legendary customer experiences through digital solutions in the online banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide input and digest business needs to refine solutions and deliver UX artifacts.
  • Collaborate with a team of UX and UI designers to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference to our customers.
  • Apply research, data, and insights to logically develop digital solutions.
  • Participate in leadership talks, lunch and learns, and other training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Design, Interaction Design, User Interface Design, Graphic Design, Design Strategy, User-Centered Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term.
  • Business-specific job requirements include a passion for great design, eagerness to learn, resourcefulness, and ability to articulate design approaches and rationales.
