Café Operations Manager

Cha House Coquitlam Inc. is seeking a skilled Café Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to optimize café performance, including managing inventory, staff, and customer flow.
- Service Delivery: Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, storage, and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the café and attract new customers.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
The Café Manager will work in a fast-paced café environment, interacting with customers, staff, and suppliers on a regular basis.
