Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Temagami Gas Station and Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain high standards of quality, and optimize efficiency.
- Financial Management: Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and cash reports to ensure accurate financial reporting and minimize losses.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and foster a positive work environment that encourages employee growth and development.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans, negotiate with suppliers, and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide exceptional service, and ensure a welcoming environment for all patrons.
- Workplace Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, provide awareness training, and maintain a safe working environment.
- College/CEGEP education
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
