Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Temagami Gas Station and Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and ensure that all staff members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and increase sales.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, and we require our Restaurant Manager to be able to work effectively in this setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
