Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Temagami Gas Station and Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain high standards of quality, and optimize efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and reports, ensuring accurate financial records and making informed business decisions.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans, implement promotional activities, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
