Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Temagami Gas Station and Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Human Resources: Conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
