Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Burrito Guyz. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing kitchen operations, staff management, and menu planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Leadership: Oversee all culinary aspects of the restaurant, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage supply chain logistics to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Kitchen Safety: Ensure a clean and safe working environment by enforcing health and safety protocols.
  • Sales Growth: Analyze sales data to inform menu engineering and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Proven track record of improving kitchen efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
