At MARY BROWN'S CHICKEN, we are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our kitchen team.

Job Summary

The Culinary Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and train staff members to achieve their best.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing kitchen teams and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  2. Develop and implement menus and recipes to meet customer preferences and dietary needs
  3. Maintain high standards of food safety and quality control
  4. Train and develop staff members to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior kitchen role
  • Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Possession of relevant certifications (e.g. Food Safety, First Aid)
