Job Description

Roska DBO Inc. is a leading provider of operations services to the oil and gas industry, seeking a highly skilled Field Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various field operating duties, including equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with plant personnel to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Reside within driving distance of the work site, as this is a home every night position.
  • Meet the following requirements:
    • 2+ years of experience as an oil and gas field operator.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Self-motivated, open-minded, and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and handle issues as they arise, with a strong attention to detail.
    • Availability for call-outs when necessary, with a valid Class 5 driver's license and safety tickets (First Aid, H2S, etc.).
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
