About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced UX Content Strategist to join our SAP Concur User Experience team. As a valued member, you will play a pivotal role in deciphering user and business goals, influencing UX content decisions, and enhancing the SAP Concur product suite.

Collaborating closely with UX Designers, brand managers, and product managers, you will contribute to the development of clear, delightful, and accessible user experiences that seamlessly align with customer, brand, and business objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear, simple, and effective user journeys and digital communications that align with customer and business goals.
  • Utilize analytics to inform content strategy, draft key performance indicators, and measure performance.
  • Create and evolve deliverables such as content audits, gap analysis, content maps, content hierarchies, and customer journeys.
  • Oversee copy documentation management to guarantee a uniform, clear, and accessible experience throughout all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business context, historical performance, and market insights.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve user experience and socialize recommendations among various stakeholders.
  • Develop a common language and shared understanding of success across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX content strategy.
  • Basic understanding of UX research, behavioral, and motivational principles.
  • In-depth understanding of content strategy and its applications.
  • Proven experience collaborating with UX teams to translate strategic objectives into effective content.
  • Strong leadership skills to advocate for work across diverse teams.
