Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality products.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other Shift Managers and store staff to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: English.
