The Administrative Services Manager role at PANNU SIKH TRANSPORT LTD. is a critical position that requires a highly organized and efficient individual to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative procedures, supervising staff, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Administrative Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain effective administrative procedures to ensure smooth operation of the office.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all records are up-to-date, accurate, and secure, in compliance with government regulations and company policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Windows, and electronic mail.
PANNU SIKH TRANSPORT LTD. offers a competitive salary package, including:
- Salary: Estimated CAD $55,000 - CAD $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
