About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at Banque Nationale. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients, including investment, financing, and protection products.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored plans to meet clients' financial objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide expert advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • License of Representative in Collective Savings (REC) or equivalent, with a commitment to obtaining it within three months of hire.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
