Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for our clients, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately entered into our electronic medical record system.
The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive client information.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for clients
- Enter client information into electronic medical record system
- Assign required services and interventions for clients
- Schedule appointments for clients using Skedulo
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members as needed
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in an administrative function
- Proficient typing and keyboarding skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
