Food Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of food services operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality service.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure that food services operations are profitable and efficient.
- Compliance: Ensure that all food services operations comply with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food services management.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
