About the Role

We are seeking an Indigenous Banking Specialist to join our Personal and Business Banking Team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, answering questions, processing transactions, and connecting them with the right specialists to help them achieve their financial goals.

You will thrive in a dynamic Banking Centre environment, using your knowledge of financial services to support clients in managing their accounts and products. Your strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering exceptional service will make a meaningful impact on our clients' experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Support clients in managing their accounts and products, ensuring meaningful interactions and connecting them with the right CIBC team members to reach their goals.
  • Problem Solving: Actively listen, empathize, and take ownership of client issues, collaborating when needed to find the best solutions.
  • Technology: Master our digital tools, guiding clients on using our mobile banking applications for easier, more efficient banking.
