Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Financial Modeling: Prepare, review, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial models to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Identify Key Trends: Lead the identification of key financial trends, variances, and potential risks or opportunities, delivering strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Develop Financial Strategies: Spearhead the development, refinement, and execution of financial models used in forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Provide Financial Insights: Provide insights on operational performance and financial outcomes to support strategic decision-making and long-term business planning.
  • Lead Financial Initiatives: Lead the creation, evaluation, and execution of comprehensive, long-term financial strategies, including scenario analysis for major investments or corporate initiatives.
  • Manage Financial Data: Oversee the collection, consolidation, and management of financial and operational data, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
  • Enhance Financial Reporting: Drive enhancements in financial reporting systems, processes, and automation to increase operational efficiency, transparency, and accuracy.
  • Present Financial Analyses: Present financial analyses and reports to key stakeholders, including executives, board members, and external investors.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required, a CPA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 – 10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related field, with demonstrated success in a leadership or advisory capacity.
  • Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and other advanced financial analysis tools; Yardi, SharePoint) is highly valued.
