About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our Mobility team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning service, resourcing, and project risk activities across the Business Area, ensuring consistency in approach, operations, and speed of service transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead transformation and manage change, including divestments, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as growing a start-up or leading change into new markets or services.
  • Adopt data-driven decision making and leverage data to create and demonstrate value.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project performance, project governance, and change control.
  • Collaborate with growth, finance, and legal teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a risk regime to identify and mitigate key risks for projects.
  • Participate in resource supply and demand forecasting and resultant plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 10+ years of experience leading and growing a significant business function within a multinational engineering or professional services firm.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
