About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team as a School Nurse. In this role, you will work closely with children and families in their school environment, providing high-quality nursing care and support.

Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity for a nurse who wants to make a difference in the lives of children and families. As a School Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care and education to students in a school setting. You will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each child receives the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care and education to students in a school setting
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each child receives the best possible care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each student
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in Registered Practical Nursing
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
