We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Project Management to join our Major Projects team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our ERI division, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Project Managers and Directors on complex major projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, and supply chain management
- Provide oversight and governance on major projects within the ERI division
- Participate in business development objectives, including proposal reviews and client meetings
- Define and manage project budgets and schedules
- Proactively manage deadlines and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
- Mentor and instruct team members on project requirements and best practices
- 10-15+ years of experience in project management or a related field
- Completed formal training in project management, PMP certification preferred
- 4-8 years of experience in an EPCM environment in the industrial projects sector
- P.Eng. or P.Tech. designation is an asset
- Bilingual in both English and French is an asset
- A proven track record of completing projects on time and on budget with high client satisfaction
